David & Pamela Severson are co-owners of Rare Earth Concrete. We are a large family owned business. Well… a large family running a small business, that is. David has been working in the concrete industry for over 40 years and has experience in all facets of decorative concrete. He has trained other contractors nationwide in the proper application methods and procedures. His interest and love for creating beauty out of existing old concrete has led him to specialize in the staining, polishing, and coating segment of the industry.
